Recipe Feeder
Per 10 lbs. of meat:
6 tsp. salt
3 tsp. ground white pepper
6 tsp. powdered or rubbed sage
3 tsp. Allspice
3 tsp. Mace
3 tsp. powdered Thyme
3 tsp. ground red pepper flakes
6 tsp. paprika
6 tsp. dried Basil
3 tsp. granulated garlic
3 tsp. onion powder
1/2 cup Whey protein (binder)
Other binders can be used in place of this. There are charts that can be
consulted and I posted a website that has one earlier this morning.
Please note, this recipe is per 10 lbs. of meat, not 1 lb.!!!
Most of the sausage recipes I post are for 1 lb...
For ease of measuring, 3 tsp. = 1 Tbs.
