Recipe Feeder

* 1kg Spanish red onions, thinly sliced
* 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
* 1 cup white sugar
* 1 teaspoon sea salt
* 1/2 cup red wine vinegar


1. Peel and cut the onions in half and thinly slice length ways.
2. Place all ingredients in pot and fry the onions on high heat for a
few minutes.
3. Reduce heat and cook for about ½ hour till all the liquid has
absorbed and the onions are soft.
4. Keeps well in jar in the fridge.
