Romano Garlic Roasted Red Potatoes

Ingredients
* 2 pounds red potatoes
* 1/4 cup butter
* 4 tablespoon grated Romano cheese
* 4 cloves garlic, minced garlic
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 lemon, juiced

Directions
1. Set oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Scrub the potatoes with an abrasive plastic pad reserved for vegetables, and rinse. Quarter the potatoes.
3. Arrange the potatoes in a baking dish.
4. Combine melted butter, lemon juice, garlic, and salt in a bowl, pour over potatoes. Spread Romano cheese over the potatoes.
5. Roast in the oven for 30 minutes.
6. Uncover and cook an additional 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
