2 Tbsp minced garlic
2 Tbsp minced shallot
4 Tbsp minced ginger
2 oz sesame oil

1 c soy sauce
2 oz sheny
2 oz rice wine vinegar
4 oz fermented black bean
2 oz fresh lemon juice

2 tsp cornstarch
4 oz water, mixed together
=Saute garlic, shallot, and ginger in sesame oil for three to four minutes. Add next five ingredients and bring to a boil. Stir in cornstarch /water mixture. Makes enough marinade for four pounds of meat.
