Sea Parsley™ Butter

1/2 cup butter
5 grams Nova Scotia Sea Parsley™
1 small garlic clove
Servings: 4
Put butter, Sea Parsley™ and garlic into a food processor and mix until Sea Parsley™ has been chopped into little pieces. Spread on slices of French bread and put under the broiler until golden brown. Refrigerate unused Sea Parsley™ butter.
