1/2 ts Sugar 1/4 c Vegetable oil
2 ts Soy sauce 2 ts Sesame seeds, toasted
2 tb Rice vinegar -lightly and cooled
2 tb Oriental sesame oil

In a bowl whisk together the sugar, the soy sauce, the vinegar, and salt to
taste, add the oils in a stream, whisking, and whisk the vinaigrette until
it is emulsified. Stir in the sesame seeds. Makes about 1/2 cup.
