Simple Cupcake Recipe (for kids to bake)

Use one box of cake mix, preferably spice. Add one can of diet Coke. Stir until just moist. Bake at 400 for 18-20 min. Raisins, dates or nuts can be added if desired.
I didn't think this would work and was surprised at the flavour and texture.
