Smoky Honey-Peppercorn Glaze For Poultry

1/3 cup honey
1 tablespoon ketchup
1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Servings: 8
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Use to baste roasting poultry every 15 minutes while cooking.



Notes: Double recipe when using for turkey.
