Peachy-pink with pretty strawberry ice cubes. Subtly sweet.
2 cups apple juice
1 cup fresh (or frozen) whole strawberries, sliced
3 cups blush wine (such as Zinfandel), 26oz
1/2 cup apple juice
1/2 cup brandy (4oz)
2 cups ginger ale
2 cups club soda
Serves 20
Pour first amount of apple juice into ice cube trays for a total of about 20 cubes.
Add 2 strawberry slices to each cube.
Freeze for at least 4 hours until firm.
Combine wine, second amount of apple juice and brandy in small punch bowl.
Add ginger ale and club soda.
Stir gently.
Add strawberry ice cubes.
Makes about 11 cups.
