1 cup Potatoes, Mashed
10 ounce Spinach, Squeezed Dry
Seasoning, To Taste
2 Eggs
1/3 cup Parmesan
1 dash Tabasco
1 pinch Nutmeg
1 cup Breadcrumbs
Oil, For Frying
Mix all except crumbs; form small patties. If desired, place a small amount of maozzarella and or ham in the center of each patty. Roll in crumbs; fry.
