2 tsp. Sugar
1/8 tsp. Cinnamon
12 oz. Stout
2 tsp. Water
1 oz. Ruby Port
1/8 tsp. Nutmeg

In a beer mug, dissolve the sugar in the water.
Carefully pour the stout to give a 1/2-inch head.
Float the port.
Garnish with the nutmeg and the cinnamon.
