You need 1 to 1 1/2 lbs. of ground beef. 1 packet of taco seasoning. Brown the ground beef and season your browned ground beef as you would for tacos, just follow the directions on the taco seasoning packet. I also like to throw in 2 or 3 tomatoes chopped up and added to the cooked ground beef.

Cook your choice of rice, 1 cup, as directed on the package, and when it's ready, add it to your seasoned taco meat and mix together well.

Take a warm flour tortilla and spoon some of the rice and beef mixture on to them at one edge, top that with sour cream and shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese.

Roll up and wrap them in foil. Place them in a warm oven, preheated to about 200 degrees, for about 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Enjoy!
