3 tablespoon Oil
4 ounce Pork, Sliced
3 Garlic Cloves, Minced
½ cup Chilies, Sliced
4 tablespoon Onions, Sliced
4 cup Rice, Cooked
1/3 cup Fish Sauce
2 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce, Sweet
¼ teaspoon Pepper, White
1 cup Basil
1 small Tomato, Cut Up
½ cup Cucumber, Sliced
4 Green Onions, Cut Up
1 Carrot, Thinly Sliced

Heat a large skillet until hot and add the oil. Add the meat, garlic, chilies and onions and cook for 30 seconds. Add the thai rice, fish sauce, sugar, soy sauce and white pepper and continue to cook until the rice is hot.

Toss in the basil leaves and stir to combine. Remove to a serving plate and garnish with tomato, cucumber, carrot and green onions.
