Tilt the kilt

1.0 tsp. Lemon Juice
2.0 oz. Scotch
1.0 tsp. Sugar
1.0 tsp. Triple Sec
2.0 tsp. Water

Combine sugar and water, stir until dissolved, then add lemon
juice and scotch, and stir; pour into cocktail glass filled with ice
and float triple sec on top
