4 strips bacon
4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
6 tablespoons prepared blue cheese dressing
8 ounces sliced cooked turkey breast
3 medium-sized, fully ripened fresh Florida tomatoes (about 1 pound)
8 leaves Boston, iceberg or leaf lettuce
1 ripe Hass avocado, peeled and cut in thin slices
Servings: 4
Fry bacon until crisp; drain well; reserve. Spread each tortilla with 1 1/2 tablespoons of the dressing. Top with layers of turkey, tomato, lettuce, avocado and reserved bacon; dividing evenly. Roll up tortillas. If desired, tie each wrap with chives, or secure with long toothpicks; cut one-third from an end. On a serving plate, stand both portions of the wrap on the cut ends. Repeat with remaining wraps. Garnish with tomato wedges, green onions and avocado, if desired.
