Recipe Feeder
3 tablespoon Butter
1 medium Onion, Chopped
1 medium Apple, Chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
2 tablespoon Curry
2 tablespoon Flour
1½ cup Chicken Stock
3 cup Turkey, Cooked & Diced
½ cup Yogurt
1 medium Banana, Sliced
½ cup Almonds, Slivered & Toasted

Melt butter in large skillet. Add onion, garlic, cook over moderate heat, 3 minutes, stirring often, till softened. Sprinkle with curry powder; stir 15 seconds. Sprinkle with flour, cook, stirring, 1 minute. Stir in broth, bring to a simmer. Reduce heat, cook 5 minutes.

Stir in cooked turkey or chicken, cook till heated through, 2 minutes. Stir in yogurt and banana, cook till heated through, 30 seconds. Do not boil. Transfer to serving dish, sprinkle with almonds. Serve immediately.
