Kids and adults will love this on a hot day. Yummy and fun -- the ginger ale tickles the tongue.
3 cups chopped seedless watermelon
12oz can of frozen concentrated white grape cocktail, partially thawed
6 cups ginger ale
Serves 6
Process watermelon and concentrated grape cocktail in blender until smooth.
Pour into 2 quart shallow baking dish.
Cover.
Freeze for about 2 hours until almost firm.
Makes about 3 3/4 cups slush.
Scrape about 2/3 cup slush, using fork, into each of 6 chilled large glasses.
Slowly add ginger ale until full.
Stir gently.
Serving suggestion:
Garnish each glass with small slice of watermelon and fresh strawberry.
