I would just take a multivitamin every day with a meal that contains fat and water. None of the vitamins on the market have been proven to work anyway, and they aren't monitored by the FDA. I would suggest a Centrum or Mens Health formula. The best way to keep up your energy is to have a healthy snack and make sure you eat fruits and veg with your main meals. Your body will wake itself up if nourished correctly. And make sure to get plenty of sleep!
