A healthy diet overall. Regular reading helps me a great deal but vitamins to look out for are A, B and E.Gingko Biloba is supposed to help alertness and concentration.
Fish oil is one.Omega 3's are good for your heart, brain function, and boat loads of other things. Many doctors say if you're only going to take one supplement, make it omega 3's. (particularly in the form of fish oil, flax is good but it has to be transformed in the body - fish oil comes 'ready to use')
