2 bottles dry white wine 2 bottles
1/4 cup Grand Marnier 60 mL
2 tbsp sugar 30 mL
1/4 cup halved seedless red grapes 60 mL
1/4 cup halved seedless green grapes 60 mL
5 orange slices, halved 5
1/2 red Delicious apple, unpeeled, cored and sliced thin 1/2

In a pitcher combine the wine, the Grand Marnier, and the sugar and stir the mixture.

Add the grapes, the orange slices, and apple slices and chill the sangria, stirring occasionally, for a few hours.

Serve the sangria over ice in wine glasses.
Chef's Note

The sangria may be made up to 24 hours in advance.
