Yield: 3 3/4 gallons
Notes: Mango and kiwi can be substituted for some or all of the peaches.
2 gallons white wine
1 1/2 quarts orange juice
1 pound sugar
3 pounds oranges, thinly sliced
4 pounds peaches (see note) peeled, thinly sliced
3 pounds apples, thinly sliced
1 pound limes, thinly sliced
Servings: 80
1. Mix until sugar dissolves.
2. Mix fruit with wine-juice mixture. Let stand at room temperature for 3 hours, then refrigerate until cold.
3. Pour 6 oz of sangria (liquid and fruit) over ice in a stemmed goblet.
