2 teaspoons garlic, minced
5 ounces onion, small dice
24 ounces dry white wine
2 bay leaves
2 teaspoons dried thyme
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 tablespoon salt
1 ounce lemon juice
4 ounces vegetable oil
Servings: 32
1. 1. Combine all ingredients.

2. Yield 1 quart (1 liter)
