1/2 cup buckwheat groats
1/2 cup quinoa
1/2 cup millet
1/4 cup flax seed
Pour into 3 cups boiling water, reduce heat, cook for 20 minutes. Serve as breakfast cereal or toss cold with greens or as pilaf.
A guy I know adds stevia (a sweetener), coconut oil, organic cocoa powder and walnuts to this and says it's like eating German Chocolate Cake for breakfast.
