1 cup flour
1 stick butter or margarine
1/2 - 1 cup crushed walnuts
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1+ cup Cool Whip topping
2 - 3 1/2 oz. pkgs. lemon instant pudding
3 cups cold milk
whipped topping

Mix the flour, butter and walnuts together. Spread on the bottom of two 9” pie plates or one 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until lightly browned. Let cool a bit. Beat together the cream cheese, sugar, whipped topping; and put onto crust. Mix together pudding and milk and put on top of cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining whipped topping.
 
Top
