Recipe Feeder
2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs, about 20 cookies
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted

Mix together and press into the bottom of 9-in. spring form pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Cool Slightly.

Filling:

3 (8 oz.) pkgs. Cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cup sugar
4 eggs, slightly beaten
3 TBLS. unsweetened cocoa powder
2 (1 oz.) bottles red food coloring
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 TBLS. vanilla
1 tsp. white vinegar

In large bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar and beat until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Add cocoa, sour cream, buttermilk, vanilla, vinegar and food coloring and beat until smooth. Pour into crust and bake at 325° for about 1 1/2 hours. (It should wiggle slightly). Remove from oven and allow to cool in pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Icing:

4 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat together cream cheese and butter until smooth. Slowly add powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Spread evenly over top of cheesecake. Remove sides of spring form pan. Cut into slices and enjoy.
