Honey and spice make coffee so nice!

1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp. liquid honey
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
Ground nutmeg, just a pinch
1 1/4 cups hot strong prepared coffee (see Note)
1/3 cup whipped cream (or frozen whipped topping, thawed), for garnish
Serves 2
Heat and stir first 5 ingredients in small heavy saucepan on medium for about 5 minutes or until bubbles form around edge and milk just starts to boil.
Pour milk mixture into 2 small mugs.
Add hot coffee to each.
Makes about 2 cups.
Top each with whipped cream.

Note:
For extra-strong flavor, use espresso.

Serving suggestion:
Add a cinnamon stick -- makes a pretty garnish and a great stir stick as well!
