Soak Beans over night. Make sure that water is
filled over beans.
1lb. Thompson's white beans,
1 quart of water,
1 small medium onion diced,
1 tsp. cider vinegar,
1 tbsp. brown sugar,
1/2 cup ketchup,
1/2 tsp. salt,
1/2 tsp. mustard,
1/2 cup molasses,
pinch pepper,
1/2 lb. salt pork, or bacon sliced.

Simmer beans about 30 minutes.
Drain, keep liquid.
Place beans, onion, and seasonings in a 6 cup
casserole. Add hot water to cover.
Arrange pork or bacon slices on top.
Cover, and bake at 250*F for 4 to 5 hours.
