Fluffy Frosting

A glossy white finish.

1 egg white (large), room temperature
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. granulated sugar
1/3 cup white corn syrup
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Makes 2 cups frosting
Beat egg white and salt in small mixing bowl until frothy.
Add sugar gradually while beating until smooth and glossy.
Drizzle corn syrup in as you continue to beat.
Beat until icing will stand in very stiff peaks.
Fold in vanilla.
