1 1/2 cups yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons chopped pecans
Serves: 6
In a food processor or blender, combine the apricots, yogurt, and honey. Process until smooth.
Chill.
NOTES : To serve, sprinkle nuts on each portion.
