Recipe Feeder
Bread pakora is a delicious snacks recipe which you can easily make in your home. It takes only 20mins to prepare this evening snacks.
Ingredients
* 2 Bread Slices
* 1 Small Onion
* 1 Small Tomato
* 1 inch Ginger
* Green Peas
* 2 Green Chillis
* Coriander Leaves
* Ajwain
* Gram Flour (Besan)
* Coriander Powder
* Turmeric Powder
* Garam Masala Powder
* Vegetable Oil
* Salt + Black Salt Powder
Preparation Time: 10mins
Cooking Time: 10mins
Serves: 2
Steps
1. Take 1 small onion, 1 small tomato, 1 inch ginger, handful of green peas, 2 green chillies, coriander leaves (little quantity), 1/2 teaspoon ajwain.
2. Blend all the ingredients as above (Step 1) in the mixer/blender.
3. In a bowl take 4-5 tablespoon besan (gram flour) and add 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder, salt to taste and mix well. Make a thick batter with the above ingredients and add water if batter is becoming too thick.
4. Take 2 bread slices and cut each into a four square shaped pieces.
5. In a non-stick pan add 5-6 tablespoon of vegetable oil and heat for 2 mins.
6. Dip the bread slices into the batter (Step 3) and fry both sides in medium heat until golden brown and fully cooked.
Garnishing: Sprinkle black salt powder and serve hot with tomato sauce.
