Sweet, sparkling cooler for a hot summer's day.
1 tbsp. melon-flavored liqueur (such as Bols), 1/2oz
1/2 cup sparkling sweet wine (such as Asti Spumante), 4oz.
Serves 1
Measure liqueur into small glass.
Add sparkling wine.
Stir gently.
Makes about 1/2 cup.
Serving suggestion:
Serve this cooler in a cocktail glass or champagne flute for an attractive presentation.
