Sweet and fruity coral-colored drink thta's light and refreshing.
3 cups sliced fresh strawberries
3/4 cup icing (confectioner's) sugar
1/3 cup orange-flavored liqueur (such as Grand Marnier), 2 1/2oz
2 bottles of sparkling dry white (or alcohol-free) wine (26oz each)
1 1/2 cups sliced fresh strawberries (optional)
Serves 18
Process first 3 ingredients in blender until smooth.
Transfer to small punch bowl.
Add wine and second amount of strawberries.
Stir gently.
Makes about 10 cups.
Serving suggestion:
This pretty punch looks best served in champagne flutes.
