Recipe Feeder
1 gal rice
1 lb butter
3 onions - minced
laurel,thyme
1 chefspoon chix base
1.5 gal water

=Bring water and chicken base to just below boiling. Saute onion in butter until soft but not brown. Add rice, turn with rubber spatula to coat with butter. Add water, bring to boil. Do not stir after boiling.



Cover and bake in 350F for 17 minutes. Remove from oven, let rest 15 minutes. Turn out on sheetpan to fluff.
