Ingredients

* 2 Wild Halibut Steaks Or Fillets
* 1 Jar White Italian Beans -10 Oz
* 4 Cloves Garlic
* 1/2 Bunch Fresh Diced Italian Parsley
* 4 Tbl Butter
* Red Pepper Flakes
* Black Pepper
* Salt
* 2 Tbl Olive Oil
* 1 Lemon

Instructions

Step 1
Take 2 Wild Halibut Steaks Or Fillets, use a knife to cut the meat away from the skin and bone.
Put the Halibut meat into a plate, drizzle some olive oil. Rub the olive oil on both side of each meat.
Season with black pepper or white pepper.

Step 2
Put 1 Jar White Italian Beans into a pan. Dice 4 Cloves Garlic, add them into the pan.
Add some Red Pepper Flakes, 2 big pinch of salt, and 1 tbsp olive oil. Stir well.
Put the pan over med-low heat, cook for 1-6 minutes depending on your preference.
Then turn off the heat, use a potato masher to smash the beans.

Step 3
Put a pan over a heat, add some olive oil. Cook 3 minutes for each side of the Halibut.

Step 4
Put 4 Tbl Butter into a pan over a heat, When there are lots of foams on the top, dump in 1/2 Bunch Fresh Italian Parsley.
Add the juice of the lemon.

Step 5
Put the Halibut into a serving plate, add then beans. Pour over the Parsley sauce. Enjoy.
