Soak sugar cube in Angostura bitters. Crush it with a pestle in an
old-fashioned glass. Add ice cubes, pour in rum, add a few dashed
of Pernod and fill with water.
dash Grenadine
1 1/2 oz. Light Rum
1/4 oz. Banana Liqueur
1/4 oz. Blackberry Brandy
n/a Sweet & Sour Mix
Pour all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, filled with ice.
Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.

Pour rum and juice of lime into a highball glass over ice cubes. Fill
with carbonated water and stir. Add the lime wedge and serve.

Shake all ingredients (except nutmeg) with ice and strain into a
Collins glass. Sprinkle nutmeg on top and serve.

In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the rum and
vermouth. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with the
lemon twist or an olive.

1/6 oz. Simple Syrup
In an old fashioned glass, muddle simple syrup with mint leaves.
Fill glass with shaved/crushed ice and pour in rum. Stir. Garnish
with additional mint sprig.

Put the sugar cubes in the glass with a teaspoon or glass stirrer
and fill the glass half full with boiling water. Stir to dissolve the
sugar and add the rum.

1 Lime Wedge
Pour the rum and Rose's lime juice into a mixing glass half-filled
with ice cubes.
Stir well.
Strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with the lime wedge.

Pour the rum and Rose's lime juice into a mixing glass half-filled

1 oz. Peach Schnapps
4 oz Orange Juice
Pour Rum, Peach Schnapps, and Orange Juice into shaker. Fill a
Highball glass almost full of ice cubes, and dump ice into shaker.
Shake well and pour drink into Highball glass.
2 1/2 Oz. Light Rum
1 Juice of Lemon Juice
1 Tsp. Powdered Sugar
1 Tsp. Water
1 Slice Lemon
Stir juice of lemon, powdered sugar, and water in a highball glass.
Fill glass with ice, add rum, and stir. Add the slice of lemon and
serve with a straw.
