20 oz. Pineapple Chunks
15 oz. Coconut Cream
2 cups Apricot Nectar
2 cups Orange Juice
1 1/2 cups Rum
4 cups Club Soda
Before combining, chill the juices and soda. Mix together the
cream of coconut and the strained can of crushed pineapple in a
blender. In the Punch bowl, stir together the pureed mixture,
nectar juice, rum. Add soda just before serving. Serve over ice.
