*** CAKE ***
3 large Eggs
1½ cup Oil
2 cup Sugar
3 cup Flour
1 teaspoon Soda
1 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Pecans
3 cup Apples, Peeled, Seeded & Chopped
*** ICING ***
4 ounce Margarine
1 cup Brown Sugar, Packed
4 tablespoon Milk
Mix all cake ingredients together and pour into 9 x 13-inch oblong pan. Bake at 350f 45 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean when inserted in center of cake.
Cook icing ingredients in small saucepan 2 1/2 minutes and pour over warm cake.
