4 lb CHICKEN, CUT UP 1/4 ts PEPPER
1 x WATER 1/4 c BUTTER
1/2 c FLOUR 1 1/2 c HOT WATER
1 1/2 ts SALT 1/2 c POWDERED DRY NONFAT MILK
1/2 ts PAPRIKA
4 servings
Dip Each Piece Of Chicken In Water, Then Coat With A Mixture Of Paprika,
Salt, Pepper And Flour. Place Skin Side Down In A 9" X 13" X 2" Baking
Pan. Dot Pieces With Butter. Bake At 3500f. For 30 Minutes. Mix Milk With
Hot Water And Pour Around Chicken Pieces. Bake 1 Hour More.
