14 pound Ham, Uncooked
7 cup Apple Juice
1½ cup Brown Sugar
1 tablespoon Vinegar, White
2 teaspoon Mustard, Prepared
1 teaspoon Cloves
Soak ham in large water filled container 8 hours. Pour off water. Scrub ham with warm water using a stiff brush, and rinse well. Place ham in a large roasting pan; pour apple juice over ham. Cover and bake at 325f for 2 to 3 hours.
Carefully remove ham from pan, reserving 1 tb pan juices; discard remaining juices. Remove skin. Return ham to pan, fat side up. Combine reserved pan juices, brown sugar, vinegar, prepared mustard and cloves; coat exposed portion of ham with brown sugar mixture.
Stud with whole cloves. Insert meat thermometer into ham, making sure it does not touch fat or bone. Bake uncovered until thermometer reaches 142 degrees.
