1 pound Blackberries
1 1/2 oz. Orange Curacao
3/4 oz. Light Rum
1/4 oz. Sugar
3 bottles White Wine
1 bottle Sparkling Wine
Put rinsed blackberies in the punch bowl with the liqueur and rum.
Add the sugar, mix everything carefully, and refridgerate for
about 1 hour. Add the remaining white wine and top up with
sparkling wine oe champagne before serving.
