1/2 cup blueberries
1/3 cup liquid honey
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. water

In a small bowl, mash blueberries with a fork.
Whisk in honey, vinegar, oil and water.
OR
If you prefer, you can prepare the vinaigrette in a blender.
Simply add all the ingredients and puree until smooth.
