Burmese Shrimp Ball Curry

1 lb shrimp - chopped fine
1 cloves garlic - minced
1 tsp ginger - fresh, minced
1 tsp cornstarch
0.5 tsp salt

1 Tbsp oil
0.5 onion - sliced thin
1 tsp crushed red pepper
0.5 tsp tumeric
0.25 c tomato - chopped fine
1 tsp oriental fish sauce
0.25 c coriander - fresh, chopped

=Combine 1., shape heaping teaspoons of the mix into round balls.
Saute 2. until softened but not brown, add 3., simmer 5 minutes
Stir in 4., add shrimp balls, simmer 10 minutes. Stir in coriander, cook 5 minutes. Serve with toothpicks
