In medium saucepan, mix 1 cup brown sugar (packed) and 3 tbsp. flour. Gradually stir in 3/4 cup light cream. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Remove from heat; blend in 2 tbsp. butter or margarine and 1 tsp. vanilla. Cool.
