4 cups hot brewed coffee
1-1/3 cups butterscotch flavored chips
1/4 cup half-and-half cream
Cool Whip Whipped Topping (to garnish the coffee)
butterscotch ice cream topping (drizzle over the Cool Whip)
Pour the hot brewed coffee, along with the butterscotch chips, into a large heavy saucepan on the stove,
and heat it on a low temp; stirring continuously, until the chips have dissolved into the coffee.
After the chips have dissolved, pour in the half-and-half; stir and heat through.
Pour coffee into a large cup, and top coffee with a dollop of Cool Whip.
Drizzle abit of the butterscotch ice cream topping, over the Cool Whip, and serve.
Yield: (40-ounces) or 5 cups of coffee
