9 oz parmesan
~0.6 oz tabasco, worchestershire

=Process anchovies and garlic,combine with yolks, dijon, garlic, anchovies & half of lemon juice. Whip in oil, adding more lemon as necessary, finishing with lemon. Add parmesan and rest of seasonings.
