3 oz. Sweet Vermouth
2 750ml Dry Red Wine
2L Club Soda
16 oz. Brandy
16 oz. Gold Rum
1/2 cup Sugar Syrup
1 750ml Champagne
1 Orange Slice
Prechill all ingredients and put red wine, cognac, rum, vermouth,
and sugar syrup in a chilled punch bowl with a block of cake of ice.
Mix well. Add cold champagne and club soda and stir gently.
Garnish with sliced orange peels. Makes approx. 40 servings.
