3 lb crab - jumbo lump
6 slices bread - cubes
~10-12oz. wet mix (recipe following)

Wet mix
25 eggs
1 gal mayo
1 c lemon juice
1 c Old Bay
0.5 c worchestershire sauce
0.75 c mustard - dijon
1.5 oz tabasco
~1 Tbsp salt
=Make wet mix up, hold. Mix only three pounds of crab at a time (to reduce shredding).
