½ cup Rice, Cooked
3 Eggs, Separated
4 tablespoon Butter
¼ teaspoon Paprika
4 tablespoon Flour
1¼ teaspoon Salt
1 dash Mustard, Dry
2 cup Milk
4 tablespoon Cheese, Grated

Make a sauce of butter,flour,and milk. Cook,until thickened. Beat egg yolks. Add cold rice,sauce,seasonings and cheese. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Preheat oven to 350f. Pour mixture into a greased shallow pan. Bake at 350f 40 mins.
