1 can (10 1/2 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup milk
1 cup cut-up cooked turkey or chicken
1 can (16 oz) green beans, drained
1/4 cup shredded process American cheese
4 egg yolks, well beaten
4 egg whites, stiffly beaten
In greased 1 1/2 qt casserole, blend soup, milk, turkey and beans. Bake uncovered at 375F for 10 minutes. Stir cheese into egg yolks; fold into egg whites. Pile on hot soup mixture. Bake 30 minutes longer.
