1 Devil's Food cake mix
3 oz. chocolate instant pudding
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup warm water
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips. Beat 4 minutes. Add chocolate chips. Pour into greased and floured cake pan (13x9 or bundt). Bake at 350F for 55 to 60 minutes.
Frosting:
2 squares unsweetened chocolate
1 can eagle brand milk
Melt chocolate in double boiler and add milk. Stir for 5 minutes and cook until thick.
Add 1 tbsp. warm water and 1 tsp. vanilla.
Let stand until cool and spread on cake.
